Placed an order online and driver marked the order as complete. Called chipotle customer service and they would not send a new order replacement. They refunded the amount and asked me to place a brand new order. No apology for the mistake. No ability to call the restaurant itself. You can only speak to a chat agent or a team in a call center. My order is likely sitting at the chipotle restaurant and there is not way for me to contact the restaurant to have it delivered. Overall really frustrated with this experience at chipotle.
