I orden online . Is alway 30 minutos after . They don’t have chicken lol

Very slow workers and always out of ingredients.

When you walk in prepare to see a long line of unhappy customers. The garbage bin was overflowing like a New York City corner basket. Everyone's looking impatient because they've been in line for at least 10 minutes. When it's finally your turn to order most of trays will be nearly empty. You can choose to accept a miniscule amount or they will ask you if you want to wait(with a smile). Employees are smirking at your discontent, they take no pride in there work. Management is 100% incapable. Absolutely the worst Chipotle location ever.

The food is fine but unfortunately the place is always disgusting. Tables dirty, garbage overflowing, no ice, waiting forever in lines because running low or waiting for them to refill. The staff is nice but always seems like they are in chaos. I stopped going in person and started ordering on the website directly for delivery and it’s made it even worst. 3 times I’ve ordered and 3 times the delivery driver has called me to tell me they were waiting 30+ for the food and it came ice cold and over an hour past the delivery time so an hour and a half to 2 hours from the order I placed. It’s terrible. I hate going there and can’t order online. This location needs help!

Management needs to get it together. You have to wade through troves of trash to get to the counter where they got one person servicing the dinner rush. Half the ingredients on the line are missing, ice machine broken, soda fountains broken, no utensils, no napkins, bathrooms out of order. The whole place is hanging by a thread.

Missing items from my order ! More than half! No steak no corn no sour cream I paid 30 for basically rice and beans ! And I selected the extra steak option! Received no meat at all!!

I do not know what happened to this Chipotle. I have ordered here in the past and had no issues. Today I ordered 3 tacos, a lemonade, and 2 orders of chips with salsa. My tacos were missing the corn salsa, the lemonade was not in the bag, and the 2 orders of chips and salsa were not in the bag. The tacos were ice cold. I do not know who is working at this place but they are going to drive it to the ground. Disgusting. I like Chipotle for the vegetarian options. I think It is safe to say i will be going elsewhere in the future.

They had my whole order wrong the meat wash burnt and cold and there was barely any meat and they added beans and I didn’t ask for beans

Although I was excited that Chipotle opened in my neighborhood I couldn’t be more disappointed in the cleanliness and service at this location. Every time I have come into the restaurant the seating area has been filthy. Additionally the workers seem overwhelmed and have very little service skills. These are easy fixes that management needs to address. I do not recommend ordering here if you are in a rush or want to dine in.

Truly a terrible place. they lie and tell you that your food is ready, when it isn’t. I just saw a woman pick up her food, and she had waited 58 minutes. I have already been waiting 35 minutes for mine. This is the second time in a row they told me my food was ready when it wasn’t. I will never, come here again.
