Terrible service, employees act like you just asked them to work double overtime... when all you want is just a burrito. Had one headphone in so obviously barely listened to me, not sure why that's allowed when interacting with people. Food quality was not great but edible, burrito was a lot smaller than the normal size and terribly wrapped. Do not come to this location!!!
Worst Chipotle in the Nashville area without question. Employees were very rude. Food quality is always worse here than other locations. Third time in a row going and having a bad experience, so we will not be returning.

By the far the worst Chipotle in Nashville! The last few times I’ve been to this location there has been some sort of problem, from rude employees, to employees smelling like weed, to the cleanliness, and today they did not have fajitas veggies, beans, sour cream, some of the protein and lettuce.
Go to any other Chipotle. The meat was old and dry, and they left out my chips and salsa from my online order, as well as the cheese and salsa from my burrito
Chicken was nothing but fat and skin. It's like the employees took all the meat off and ate it and served the leftovers. I never seen something like that. The entire 6 tacos all the same, no meat on a single piece.

The worst chipotle I have ever been to. First all the employees seem like "oh great another one" and when you order burritos after rolling them sideways they then roll the opposite so you don't get a fully filled or functional burrito you get this half empty thing of a mess. Just ordered 2 burritos look at the pic!
The food, service, and atmosphere are great! But the prices have gotten even higher. $10 or more is pricey for an average size burrito.
