Chipotle Mexican Grill

Standard atmosphere, but no music ever playing, service is quick and polite, but I must say they’ve double charged me more than once, and that is something everybody would like to avoid… Lastly, the chicken is consistently charred on both sides, we’re basically being served black char with some chicken on the inside of a burnt shell. This is something that has only increased and I think I’ll be trying burritos and chicken bowls from other venues. Please teach your cooks how to not be distracted by other employees, leaving the meat on the grill for excessive periods of time. This is unacceptable food to serve. Wheelchair accessibility: It exists… what about it?

COLD, UNSALTED, HORRIBLE FOOD. customer service was bad , heat lamps off. Lazy employees standing around on phones not working. Typical Nashville now . Overrated food and declining food quality

Ordered a burrito.. got a burrito bowl. White rice instead of brown and they didn’t put any cheese on it.

The service was excellent....food was spot on fresh........tight squeeze to park though. 9/10

Left before ordering as the food assembly station and what we could see of the preparation area was so filthy. Food everywhere.

This is the most cleanest and friendliest establishments I've ate in and they are always ready to meet Any and all customer demands with a guinene smile and a caring ready to help or fix attitude u feel welcome safe and respected
