Update: if I was the GM of this restaurant I'd be ashamed. We tried it again and were incredibly disappointed. The kids behind the counter acted like they could care less, half scopes of everything we ordered. The floors and counter were disgusting. The owner should fire everyone and start over Worst Chipotle I've been too. I've been twice and just want to say thanks for the half scoop of rice, beans, and chicken I've gotten the last two visits. I'd stay clear of this one.

Exactly what we were thinking about

They skimp on the beans, rice & chicken. If you ask for more of the chicken, beans & rice (like a full spoon) they charge you extra. Several times they have charged twice for the one burrito, guessing the person at the register doesn’t know how to enter “extra” items. But worse is that you have to ask for a full spoon & then they charge you extra for it. The servers are usually either rude or don’t even engage you. Instead of saying how can I help you or what can we get started for you, they just stare at you as if we are supposed to read their mind. That’s if you can get their attention, I went in there once and watched three people behind the counter doing odd things for about 5 minutes, finally one of them looked up at me with a plate in their hand & I was supposed to know they were finally ready to serve me. I don’t know what’s going on there, but today was the last straw for me, 10 chances is more than enough!

This location is mindblowingly terrible at getting orders correct. My wife and I have gone about 10 times or so and they have missed a part or gotten something wrong in our orders almost every single time. We thought it might just be unlucky at first and then hoped it was perhaps new employees being trained but now after both going in person and ordering online it's pretty obvious the staff just do not care at all.

Food was great. We went for a local HS Fundraiser and we're disappointed to see the manager being rude to some students who were asking for help because their online order did not reflect the fundraiser. The students needed this on their receipt for extra credit for some of their classes and Chipotle will only donate for the receipts that are marked for the fundraiser. We would like to see this manager do better because lots of organizations bring business to Chipotle for these fundraisers.
