Chipotle Mexican Grill

It's the worst experience I've ever had. I will NEVER go back to Chipotle AGAIN. The person who served me the food may have thought I was a dog and literally treated me like one. The rice was very hard, the meat inedible, the attention and contempt of all the workers there baffled me. The place is extremely dirty, with the tables full of leftover food, the garbage cans full to overflowing. Where is the manager of that establishment that has allowed the Chipotle in Oakland Park to become a poorly attended, poorly cooked and hateful pigsty? NEVER MORE

After 10 apparently they have nothing. What’s the point of being open until 11 if they are going to stop cooking 10 a whole hour worth of sales missing.

This is probably one of my least favorite locations, I must admit. There is terrible communication. When you try to place an order, the personnel is often unfriendly and they are frequently out of things. The store remains open late, but if you go in around dinnertime, I promise you will just get rice and there's very little chance that you'll get a protein because they'll tell you they're out of most options. to add my son, absolutely loves the chicken and cheese quesadilla However, they are always out of cheese.

They give small portions. We have ordered fajita veges twice and never received then. Same with the Mexican Coca Colas.

Visited this Chipotle on Saturday around 5:30 PM. The staff was incredibly friendly and the steak was cooked fabulously. The restaurant has a nice decor. However, there were some cons: all tables were dirty, there were no tortillas for burritos, juices were out, and the rice lacked flavor, with no hint of lime or cilantro. While it's possible it was an off day, my expectations for Chipotle are always high, as they should be.

I just went there and they didn’t have lettuce, corn or cheese. It’s very clear that they don’t want to work!! I am not coming back!

Just came here and they said they don’t have any lettuce, cheese, and corn. They started cleaning already, and they don’t close for another hour and 15 minutes. These people just don’t want to work. I’ll never be coming back here again.

We came at 10:00 PM to this location on a Sunday to take advantage of the extended hour open. It was a disappointment despite friendly staff. IMO management or a team lead should be assisting staff during the new extended hour. We started placing our orders only to realize during the ordering process that we could not order fajita veggies or lettuce so no green vegetables could be added to our orders, which of course remained at full price. Trash was overflowing outside and left on tables. Staff was nice but clearly there needs to be a manager or team lead on site to assist with food prep and clean up in the evening hour. We would not have ordered from this location had we known several ingredients were missing before close. Had to stop at a Winn Dixie in order to buy iceberg lettuce to add to our orders.

The hours on the door says it opens at 10:45 am. There was a line of people waiting outside. Nobody opened the door until 11:30 am. It appears they were packing a catered ordered. Common courtesy would have been to inform everyone outside that they could not accommodate us. I spent my entire lunchtime standing outside in line at Chipotle. I don't believe this was fair to myself or anyone else who went there on their lunch break.
