Chipotle Mexican Grill

Not sure what’s wrong with a few people in there but customer service was horrible. I’m always confused when people are mad at customers… i wish I knew the guy’s name but he was very rude yesterday. Definitely won’t ever go back there.

Awful. Did not give correct portion!

Wretched filth. Plain and simple. The bowls are sloppy and poorly constructed. The scoops of rice and chicken are horribly proportioned. Use of a magnifying glass would be recommended to be able to see the chicken amounts in the bowl. Chicken has watery texture. I do not recommend.

I’ve eaten at Chipotles throughout the country for the last 10 year. With a frequency that I’m borderline embarrassed to admit. This chipotle is the worst I’ve ever been to. The portions are minuscule even when ordering and paying for double meat. The food itself is bland, under seasoned and watery. My office gets chipotle for lunch once or twice a week and we will now be driving out of our way to go to a different location. Very disappointing.

Went for lunch. Food quality is ok. Kids enjoyed the kid's meals. Too much crowded but a lot of seats were available.

Seriously short staffed with overflowing garbage in eatting area. We didn't have silverware or napkins available to us without waiting again in line. Better to go to other locations.

My family ordered five different meals and none of them were what they should the portions where small when extra was ordered

Paid $12 for a steak/chicken bowl with extra white rice, does this look full to you? Let alone extra? Feel like the whole bowl had maybe 10 pieces of protein & one tiny scoop of rice. Then we asked for utensils and napkins & of course we didn’t get any. Extremely disappointed in my dinner choice tonight, should’ve gone elsewhere. Whole family ordered (5 different orders) and all had the same issue.

First and last time ever eating from this location. Paying $13 for a bowl and it coming half full is quite disappointing. The steak inside of the bowl was not even edible. Can’t believe I would rather order chicken from a place known for salmonella. Added a photo of my untouched meal.
