went in there to get food, ended up throwing it up and had white hair in the food. i wanted a refund and they said they could only remake it why would i want it remade when it made me sick. horrible service.
Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle. All I asked for was by burrito to be double wrapped. No one understood what I was saying. I had two managers (collared shirts) come up and try to figure out what I was asking for but neither of them seemed to speak English well enough to understand me? It didn't make any sense to me. All 4 workers just stood there staring at each other until one of them asked "So you don't want it?" I explained 3 times that I just want it double wrapped with two tortillas. Never in 15 years of ordering chipotle had I ever had 4 people so dumbfounded at that request. When I was speaking directly to the manager, she couldn't understand what I was saying and was deferring to another employee to understand me. I understand conversational Spanish and from what I heard they had absolutely no clue what I was asking for. You cant run a restaurant in this area without someone being able to understand English. This makes no sense.
Terrible service ask for faita mix in my bowl they refuse to make more instead tried to give me couple of shreds of peppers. They had I don't care type of Attitude. Just unprofessional.
Messed up my order so bad. Next to no meat as well.
