The food is good when they actually have the ingredients. Every time we order at this location, they are out of something. Today it was the grilled veggies. I asked if I could wait for them to be cooked and they said they would need to slice them and it would take forever. They had at least 5 people working and a minimal line at 3pm and we all wanted the veggies.

No where near the portion you should get when ordering double chicken. Expert's at shaking the spoon in this place. The hole thing is overpriced in the end, not a good choice for taste or value!!! UPDATE: Nothing has changed. Staff still shakes the spoon on an already overpriced meal. Do not shop here .
A classic chiptole experience. Except the water dispenser is broken atm and the dine in plates are wet. Still good food!
This location is a mess - garbage flowing over, food all over the tables and floors.
Manager (short guy with girl earrings, checked out at 3:15pm) was blatantly passive aggressive with not only me but also to all of his female staff in front. Throwing things, rolling his eyes, loud sighs, extremely off putting and unprofessional. My husband and I got food poisoning from this location as well, ordering bowls with the barbacoa and chicken with queso and chips. Had to make rice at home because the rice was so crunchy and undercooked. We intermittently fast for about 20 hours and this was the only spot in about 5 days we had gotten take out. Only been here a few times in the two years I’ve lived in RSF but I can guarantee the service/food seems strangely horrible compared to other locations every time.
