Chipotle Mexican Grill

One of the best locations for Chipotle quality wise, I've been to some Chipotles that just make constant mistakes on your order, this one is pretty consistently accurate, though not perfect. Lately there's a new manager and this Chipotle is FAST. It's been a noticeable change in 2024 where the lunch and dinner lines don't pile up, they are slamming our orders very fast, it's great. Honestly the slow and indecisive customers are the holdup now, big thumbs up to the new management. Staff friendliness could use some work, and the new people always give the tiniest scoops.

Very nice reasonably priced food. However, staff need to pay attention on the outside area to clean tables and remove garbage on regular basis.

Food was great per usual. The lack of customer service is a big issue here a simple Hi, what can I get for you? Goes a long way. I use to work for chipotle in Houston’s medical center and customer service was everything. The young Latina lady with glasses working the line today Saturday March 30th at 12:27pm needs some serious coaching. Take my advise, if you don’t like your job… find another one! If your having a bad day.. leave it at home!

I don’t know why I keep trying this location. The last three times I have ordered pickup, I have shown up after my time indicated it would be ready by only to have to wait 15 more minutes for them to get the order out. Tonight I decided to skip the online order ahead. Glad I did as there was a pile up of people waiting. The line went quicker. However, I got to the front and they were out of both kinds of rice and they were out of chicken and steak. I think they are understaffed and the management of this location is definitely lacking. Go elsewhere.

I don’t usually ever right reviews but this is by far the best chipotle to go to! They’re not greedy at all unlike other locations who put little to nothing on your plate don’t understand why when you’re spending 15++. But this location is also so delicious and fresh!

Worst Chipotle Location I’ve ever been to. Coming from a customer who has had Chipotle at multiple states across the us, this is the worst one. Cashier in black glasses and bangs was rude, we asked for shredded beef and she attempted to give us carnitas, TWICE. I had to show her which one was the shredded pork and which one was the shredded beef. She them splashed queso blanco all over the counter and only a little bit on the actual burrito. She the proceeded to crump the tortilla together instead of folding it as you can see on the picture. She has a snarky attitude when checking us out and threw the bag on our side of the counter. I believe she was having a terrible day, but that doesn’t give her the right to be that rude to customers. Never coming back to this location again.

Do not Doordash/ UberEats from this location. Way too much rice in their bowls and minimal meat or any other ingredients. About half the size of a bowl ordered in person. Do better, Chipotle.
