This chipotle is improving. One of the best chipotle here in downtown. Clean and friendly service

Pay is not working spending my break time for over 10 min at a cashier. Line is waiting. Time is running. Please fix the issue

Never let me down

Every time we go here my wife and I are like - do we really want to go back since it’s a letdown every time? We go back just because our experience with chipotle with other locations is paramount to this one…but this one is a few blocks away from where we live. This time was the breaking point. Chicken they said would be 20 minutes. So I settled for Barbacoa. My wife gets quesadillas every time…the guy says the press might not warm the quesadilla up enough cause it’s not working appropriately. We check out and I go to find my favorite regular Tabasco. Nothing. I go to the cashier and ask for Tabasco and they said it’s all they have tonight which was none when I saw with my own eyes closed bottles behind the counter of…regular Tabasco sauce. I didn’t want bbq Tabasco or chipotle Tabasco sauce or whatever which I think was displayed, but I wanted regular…my favorite. We were gonna dine in…but I wanted hot sauce which I had some at home so we took out. Also, I went with a bowl tonight since they always screw up the wrapping of the burrito by breaking it by making it humongous. Anyway…let down. Finally have boycotted this location. We cook a lot, and it was a long day with work. We just wanted a nice night out at chipotle. That’s all

Don’t say this to me it's just a mistake.

This location is ALWAYS out of basic ingredients (chicken, beans etc) wayyyy before closing time (~8pm). Very small portions as well.

Every time I place a mobile order, it’s always ready and correct, way before the estimated time! Great job guys. I love it here
