Chipotle Mexican Grill

Great food, not very clean! There was food all over the counter by the register. The trash can was overflowing with trash, and the floor was filthy with trash. The employees were standing around, not concerned with the stores conditions. They need some direction for sure!

3rd times in a row. Missing half of the ingredients in my order. When I went there other time and mentioned that my order was wrong 3 times in a row manager said I should bring it back right away. I can’t waste my total 40 mins to get my correct order I’ve already lost 40 mins. Other than wasting my time do your simple job correctly and don’t give me an advise like that to bring it back. I didn’t even ask for a refund and she was saying that “I can’t give you a refund”. Did I ask you a refund? Weird. She probably thought I’m trying to get free food. I don’t need your free food just give me what I paid for.

This chipotle has gone downhill as of recently. You either get super spicy chicken or salty chicken (this is if you even get any chicken at all)!, whoever is charge of seasoning doesn’t know how to! They try to charge for “extra” for chicken, there’s nothing extra here. Stay away from this location. Don't waste your money here.

Rice was SEVERELY undercooked

Ordered delivery 2 burritos 2 bowls, one burrito was half the size of the other, and one bowl had a count of 3 or 4 pieces of chicken in it, and on top of that the top sticker was not sealed. Avoid this chipotle. Overpriced for not a lot of food.

This store needs attention. The staff is no good. They need to shuffle the employees. This new kid with a gottie doesn’t know what is he doing and has attitude. I asked for a bowl of food and had to go back with my food to add something which made me think or felt he spited in my food. So, i decided to walk away. I asked him why and he just stood there with bad look. Sorry, service is bad. Also, they put half spoon of rice…sorry
