As a former Chipotle worker, who worked during Covid-19, the customer service here is an utter joke, if the feild leader saw the behavior here, there would be conversations. Where do i begin, dirty resturant almost every evening, would honor (we didnt know it was expired) a different chipotle messed up our order in Dec, we try use those chipotle cards they gave us, couldnt accept cause it expired about a week and half. We didnt know that. When ee worked chipotle even if something was expired we honored it and moved on cause the guest experience matters!! Like damn this was auch a disappointment, the GM and AP need retraining on what the actual priorities of chipotle are, which is clean store, with fresh food and customer satisfaction. Like this isnt hard to do. But this location sure as hell made it hard to do. My husband (former GM) was utterly shocked with the treatment and sees now why locations are struggling.
I had a decent experience, nothing bad to say the place was clean and the workers friendly, I was in and out with no problems.

How do you not have white rice and you guys don’t close for two hours. I don’t care if you’re busy, that’s the point of having a business it should get busy…. Whenever I come it’s always an issue, someone can’t wrap the burrito, they are out of their core ingredients, or someone has a bad attitude. Get it together chipotle. Vegetarian options: You have veg options or no meat. Kid-friendliness: They have good kid meal options.
