I always go to this location and haven’t had any issues. But, on 3/5/24 (evening shift) I ordered a bowl only to find out when I got home the black beans were not cooked at all and were still hard. I had to pick every bean out of the bowl in order to eat it Very unacceptable Chipotle!!
I love this location! The food was great and everything was clean.
I love this location, they are fast and very convenient - the only downside is that the chips and guac are overly salted.
Upon arrival to pick up my online order, I was greeted two steps inside the door. I was greeted by SIMONE. She was the kindest, most professional employee that I've encountered in a restaurant since the COVID19 PANDEMIC ! Her communication was top notch and I was pleased with the how my food was prepared. I spoke with some of the other employees and they were very pleasant too. My food was fresh, hot and very delicious. !! I was very pleased, thank you.
I ordered an online pick up and the food was ready on time. Staff was very kind. The bowl was actually filled to the top unlike most Chipotle’s. Overall great service
I was shorted on food and I had to go back a total of THREE times for them to still not get it right in the end. I received the absolute worst customer service from the staff, especially from Jonathan who said he was the assistant manager. He implied I was lying about what I ordered, and after showing him my receipt, he still refused to fill the order accurately and had an attitude with me the entire time. All that over a couple dollars of queso is wild to me.
Apparently if you get 2 steak bowls and one of them clearly has significantly less meat and u ask them to even it out. You get charged double meat. Food tastes just fine. I just wish the stores would be more consistent about portion sizes. Also the guy who was in the front seemed to hate his job. Move on then. I didn’t cause you had attitude. Sheesh

Usually I give a restaurant the benefit of the doubt, but I’ve had three bad experiences here. All three times my order was messed up and this time the chips were so stale that I couldn’t eat them.
