I called in an order of shrimp with garlic sauce and sweet and sour chicken. When I got to the car after picking up, I saw through the plastic lid that there was a long black hair in my shrimp. I went in and asked for a refund, as I was repulsed and the reviews were mediocre to begin with. The man said that he would remake the food. I told him no, I’m pregnant and am no longer hungry, i need a refund. He then asks me to show him the hair, although it was visible through the container. So I opened the container for the first time, grabbed a fork and dangled the long black hair. His response was that he had no hair. I then said “sir, I don’t want any confrontation, just my refund”. He finally gave me my refund with an attitude. Never again. First and last time. *I should’ve known better when I called to asked when they closed and they tried to sell me on their food. Even though I told them I need to figure out what my family and I wanted. The first sales pitch was, “we have eggs rolls, etc etc” the 2nd pitch was, that I could place the order and pick up later.. (after I said we didn’t know what we wanted). Chinese food needs no advertising, ppl are just going to order.
