They never have the milkshake machine working. 5 months and no milkshakes. You should just take them off the menu.

Would have loved to enjoy an ice cream cone after dinner, but the machine was broken Again!!! Not even a "Sorry" from the voice on the outdoor speaker. Since this was drive-through, zero stars for food and atmosphere.
