The food and service were great!!
This is my second delivery order here I was pleased with the first order because they got it right. My second order was wrong I ordered the Pork Pan Fried Noodles I got Chicken Pan Fried Noodles ok so they made a mistake I called to let them know you gave me chicken instead of pork first it was ok we will give you a credit for the next order then I got a phone call that the manager wanted me to send a picture of what I got. No problem I sent the picture. I get a text back saying " This is a mix of chicken and pork. I'm sorry you did not ask for that I can give you a credit for either egg roll or spring rolls (see below I clearly got all chicken). Like what where is the customer service? Your kitchen messed up not me. So in order to keep a customer and not get a bad review you would rather insult rather than satisfy the customer there are waayyyy!! waayyy!! too many other options in this area that I could choose to order from But I chose your restaurant not once but twice. I spent way more than $16.95 what would it have cost you to just give me a credit. It's called customer service. If you are ordering from this place please check your order before you pay. This is clearly ALL CHICKEN I ORDERED PORK. Instead of being insulted or as if I'm trying to get something for free I WILL NO LONGER ORDER FROM HERE my choice my money
