We came in with limited time and the bartender got our drinks and food out quickly. She is extremely pleasant and the food was good!

We were there on a Monday night. Not very busy. Service and food were both very good. We were very pleased with our visit. Vegetarian options: My wife tries to eat vegetarian when she can and said there were no vegetarian dishes on menu.

We've been to this Chili's a handful of times but after tonight we will not be returning. Walked in, no one acknowledged us. Sat at a table in the bar (they were all dirty which was fine, we just waited patiently for someone to clean it). When she did come over to clean it, she was clearly annoyed that we sat at a dirty table. She cleaned it very aggressively. After that, we waited for silverware, then waited for someone to take our drink order, then waited for menu's, then waited a long time to order our food, then waited a long time for the food to arrive. Terrible experience from the time we walked through the door. I do want to note, the server in the bar area was slammed so I don't blame her. I don't understand why there were 2 bartenders behind the bar not helping her. The manager needs to step it up so this doesn't continue.

Ordered a hamburger and it was very greasy.
