30-minute wait just to get the biscuits, and the place was empty on Good Friday. Food was ok but took forever.

As expected service was impeccable. Food was hot and fresh and full of flavor.

Donald did a great job

Normally everything has been really good all the way around so when I sat an hour waiting for biscuits to come to the table I was ready to pay for our drinks and go eat at McDonald's across the street. Especially when our server brought them to a table that was sat after us. Their entrees were out before any food touched our table. The table behind me was never bused. Seafood sitting out half the night. It was there when we got there and still there when we left 2 hours later. And there was nobody there. They were not busy like I've seen them. Maybe 5 tables scattered over the entire restaurant. It just didn't make sense. I've never had this bad of service at this location. But I'll strongly consider going elsewhere first every time now.

The salmon new Orleans was very good and flavorful. The waitress was attentive to us. The reason I'm giving my review a 3 is because our bill plus 20% tip was 80 dollars. This is Alaskan prices. There's alot of competitors whose prices are much more reasonable. Of yes, everyone is friendly but so are they at the other competitors. So why should I pay that much for two people to have lunch?

We were there for Easter. It wasn't crowded at all now I know why two Caesar salads never arrived my daughter's berry sangria was really dark wine my husband received french fries when he ordered a baked potato and the lobster tails were rubbery service slow even though there were many empty seats she never checked to see how we liked the dinners or if we wanted drink refills another restaurant going down hill
