I was here today for my 22nd birthday with a sober friend(recovering alcoholic). I ordered a margarita, and provided my ID. She ordered NONALCOHOLIC lemonade, and did not provide her ID as it was unnecessary. We proceeded to eat and enjoy ourselves, no thanks to our rude and snippy server. At the end of our meal, the server(a man in his 20’s who looks like he’s never heard the words “shower” or “haircut”), while less than about 3 feet away from us, quite loudly tells the host that we are banned because my friend drank from my cup (she never even touched the glass). This is after he served alcohol to women with toddlers with them, who were making many jokes about actively giving the children alcohol, to him directly. But we’re banned? Yeah that makes a loooot of sense buddy. When I confronted the host and manager, the manager couldn’t care less and clearly just wanted to be done with it, and the hostess lied and said that the server was speaking about a different table. Check your security footage before you go around accusing random people you don’t know of breaking their sobriety. I had to spend the remaining hours left of my birthday consoling my crying friend. I hope you all have the night you deserve and lose your jobs in the morning.
Everything at this Chili's was awesome. The food was perfect, the service was amazing, and the environment was fantastic. Definitely would go back any time I'm in the area.
