I had to make multiple calls to the store inquiring about my order. I was disconnected twice. The employee I finally reached was eating and chatting with coworkers. After being placed on hold indefinitely, I sat in my car observing her conversing with colleagues and eating. She brought out my first order, which was actually the last to be ordered. She then informed me she didn't know the whereabouts of the second order, promising to check and update me, but she never did. When I called back, she mentioned it would take five minutes for the chicken quesadilla, but it actually took ten minutes. By the time I received the second order, the first order had turned cold and was incomplete. Upon returning to the office with my employees' dinners, I contacted the store about the missing items, as I was considering canceling the entire order to request a refund. This experience was marked by terrible customer service. This is the second time I have encountered such issues with this store, and I will not be returning.
I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER FRIDAY AT 6:32PM. ARRIVED AT 6:51PM AND PARKED IN 2 AND NOTIFIED VIA THE LINK. AFTER SITTING IN MY CAR UNTIL 7:25PM I WENT INSIDE TO GET MY ORDER. I WAS TOLD INITIALLY IT'D BEEN DELIVERED TO ME IN A BURGUNDY CAR. I DRIVE A BURGUNDY JEEP AND INDICATED THAT WHEN PLACING AN ORDER FOR SW EGGROLLS. THAT'S IT! WITH A TIP. THE MANAGER ENDED UP COMING UP FRONT STATING HE'D CANCEL THE ORDER. AS I WAS LEAVING THE MANAGER CAME OUT AND SAID HERE'S YOUR ORDER SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO CANCEL. THE DAMN EGGROLLS HADN'T EVEN BEEN COOKED! I HAVE YET TO BE REFUNDED. 3RD AND LAST VISIT. 1ST TIME WAS OKAY.... 2ND VISIT FOOD SUCKED AND NOW THIS
