Lol, we ordered smothered chicken, and we got smothered turkey wings. We always enjoy our food from Dulans

It’s been 3 years since I’ve had Dulan’s. I just ordered a Sunday dinner from here and it was so tasteless. The cabbage had more flavor than the dressing and Mac & cheese combined (LITERALLY). It wasn’t nasty but they really had no seasoning. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from him again. The corn bread muffins were amazing though!

The chicken wasvpre cooked, so the chicken breast was dry. The yams were not sweet at all. No cranberry sauce for the gravy, maybe I had to ask for it.

Won't ever go back. Attitudes of the employees is terrible and the service is beyond slow. When you wait 15 minutes for your order and go to to check on it they act like your bothering them. Would not recommend it to anyone. I would be embarrassed.

This place is just awful. I personally knew Mr. Dulan when he was alive and well and those oxtails at this location was horrible. Not cooked all the way, Mac n cheese taste like Kraft stove top, yams weren't good, just bland, needed brown sugar and to be cooked longer, greens taste crunchy like a Caesars salad. This place needs help. Service was also bad. The girl just sits at the window yelling, rude and very unprofessional. Mr. Terry get this place together. If your dad was here, I would have called him personally to complain. Seriously!!

Been there before and called for information before. I called to day listened to the menu so I decided on the Sunday special one with turkey wings and one with chicken told the employee I wanted dressing Mac n cheese and yams how much would each one be she says it depends on what you want I told her she says between $20-$30 well she said it depends and I told her exactly what I wanted and she repeats $20-$30 based on what she said she should have given me a direct price for each. I was going to be a paying customer she should have met my need itbwasnt that hard. I told her what she said didn't help me hung up on her rude unprofessional self. Some staff need to be trained in respecting customers that respect them. I called Dulans In inglewood. Very nice professional lady told her what I wanted and she said that it would be $24 each. Very curtious and respectful darn shame I come a long way to Dukans on century but I'd rather bypass them and drive to Inglewood. Ignorance isn't knowledge it's stupidity. WHEN YOU GIVE SOMEONE A CHOICE AND THEY TELLNYOU WHAT THEY WANT DO AS YOU SAIDBQUOYE THEM THE PRICE DONT BE LAZY. INGLEWOOD LOCATION WASNT EVEN 5 MIN TO TELL ME CENTURY 9 MIN WASTE DO BETTER I HATE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN IM RESPECTFUL.OF YOU. DONT LIKE YOUR JOB GO GET ANOTHER ONE YOU CHOSE IT. HER TONE PATHETHIC DID NOT ORDER NOTHING
