Extremely Rude! My chicken strips was overcooked spoke to Bailey said she was the restaurant manager. When I told her I was dissatisfied, she gave me an attitude "That's how they're made sir" The real negative tone in attitude. I then said politely to Bailey, You really could care less? She replied yes I can care less. I don't understand Chick-fil-A is usually pretty good customer service, I guess not at this location.
