They need some training in customer service! I come here weekly and it's always the rudest staff. They never get the order right. My soup was so hot today that it scalded my mouth.

ordered my food and could hear the people in the back cussing! took 15 minutes just to get a sandwich and fries while the people who ordered after me already got there food. the chicken does NOT taste right and looks weird as well as the fries. DO BETTER.
They left our food on the side and forgot to call it out. After about 8 people received their orders our son went and asked where their order was but the lady just kept asking for the last name. They were rude, unprofessional and goofing off instead of making sure they were taking care of customers. The meal was cold and did not taste good, would not recommend the location at the mall.
I've never been to a chick-fil-a where the staff is so rude. Every time I have to pick up I wonder if they are hiring the bottom of the barrel. None of them seem to be able to close a bag properly. I was told I'm the only person that has asked for bag to be sealed. I find that hard to believe when that is policy for all third party deliveries.

Very slow/disorganized but I was so sad to see one of the girls crying. I’m not sure if it was over the job but if so, don’t waste a single tear over some fried chicken or any of these people sweet girl. ❤️
