I usually don’t dine in but today I decided to and glad I did. I was greeted when walked in and while enjoying my meal it was good to hear the staff laughing and joking around and not being so mad at the world
I'm so excited that it's fish sandwich time. How can you make this a regular menu item? I'm not alone on this thought. Add it and we'll come.
Everything was perfect, those were the best crinkle cut fries I’ve had in a while.
I come here almost every day and stopped for a few weeks. I get the same thing for the most part and it’s like sometimes they feel like working and paying attention. Sometimes they don’t, and it’s annoying. This day they didn’t. 2 people spoke on the drive thru and repeated that I wanted cheese on my sandwich. OF COURSE MY SANDWITCH HAD NO CHEESE lol. Then I asked for light ice, seems like I got extra ice. What’s the point of being able to add modifications if you’re just gonna make the order how you want?

I went back again around 7:25 PM EDT 10/30/2023. They should have the employees try to eat a beef 'n chedder sandwich in their car without napkins. I don't know what happened to this place. The service was awful A. I was asked to pull aside to because my food wasn't ready. That's fine. I don't mind that. However, the cashier just pointed to the parking lot.. I realized, it wasn't clear where I could go where they could quickly find me and deliver my food B. There was no napkins in my bag. C. When I called the restaurant to express my frustration, no one answered even though I let the phone ring until it timed out on me . Old review, probably overcast year old: This was a very pleasant experience. The staff is both very friendly and very efficient.
I ordered a turkey ranch and bacon and specifically said no tomatoes because I’m allergic, I left the store, when I got home….it had tomatoes on my sandwich. Yes, I should have checked it, because people are incompetent, but I was in a hurry and I was the only one there, how hard is it to read? I talked to the manager, Keshawn Thompson, (I think. It was hard to understand his name,) and he was unless I came back up there, which I couldn’t do, there was nothing to be done even though all he had to do was ask me to provide the last four of my card and he could have processed me refund. I smell a lawsuit against Arby’s coming soon….
Old stale french fries and horrible customer service. I felt like I was bothering the drive through worker by asking for ranch.
