This place has the BEST TEA! When I’m sick for my family is sick I always come here first to get my tea blends. The customer service is top tier!

When you first walk into the building this spot draws you in away from the restaurant. The ambiance and vibe is welcoming and almost had me wanting to get behind the counter just to chill (which I might have if I didn't have work to do) The vast amount of teas and herbs they have ready to serve are on display and made me awe at the time and dedication it would have taken to curate such a selection. On top of that I was served the best coffee I've ever had (yes, it's a tea spot) and enjoyed calm conversation with Sydney and Mariah. For coffee or tea, productive work, or to just be around some of the nicest people Ive met I'll be coming back pretty soon

This is a nice cafe' spot, they have an awesome selection of teas, knowledgeable staff, great customer service and a cozy and friendly ambience there. They even offer classes and small group tea get togethers . I will return with family and friends.

Great Tea Spot, they never disappoint. They have a variety of tea, they also have different flavors every month. The service is top notch. Employees here are friendly and very helpful. They are knowledgeable about their tea, and are very helpful in recommending a drink. There recommendation never disappoint. I come here on a weekly basis.

We enjoyed everything about our experience at Jayida’s Tea shop. We were greeted immediately once walking in and the vibes were EVERYTHING We appreciate this jewel and the amazing staff!!!
