Menu needs to be placed at the beginning of the drive thru

This place has no breakfast samples. They didn't get my spicy chicken sandwich deluxe order correct, and they kept my change. Staff seemed annoyed by their own errors.

Seemed to be a staff shortage because everyone was in a chaotic state.

I went through the drive through so atmosphere doesnt apply. Who doesnt like this place?

I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant with my family often since it opened. I frequent Mr Rankin’s other location-the newest location in Hamilton Quarter often, as well. Yesterday, I had the honor and privilege of observing his love for his restaurant and his people. It was an extremely commendable experience getting to witness his love for his restaurant through his people. I could see in the way he carried himself and the way he spoke to his people he has a sincere love for what he does. Mr Rankin sets the bar high. I’m a customer for life. I pray God continues to bless his restaurants by sending such great employees! Parking: Always find a spot close to the door!

Order online and food was not even prepared at all when I arrived. I had to go in and stand in line to have my food prepared after paying and submitting order online and they were out of corn and guacamole. So they did not acknowledge the online orders at all. So this location is very terrible. This is not the first issue I have had there. I will drive further away for now on to a better ran location.
