Always the best fast food restaurant.

This is the number one fast food restaurant in Existence. We really enjoy eating inside because most people just Do drive up. The service really shines inside.

We went in rush time and it was still everything very good. The food was on point, and the service was very fast. Always good experience with Chick-Fil-A !

Manager Logan is very arrogant and rude. We went to eat with my family and my little Yorkie dog, and they asked us to leave the restaurant because they didn't accept dogs there. I asked them to show me where in the establishment there was a sign before people entered to eat with the dog policy. An employee came and told us that the manager had put up signs, but there was no sign at any of the entrances of the establishment warning consumers of such a policy. It was very unpleasant to be eating with my two children, my whole family, and my dog, who was on the floor under the table, and this gentleman made a request in the way he did as if we were people committing a crime. It's very disappointing that the Chick-Fil-A chain has managers like Mr. Logan, as he claimed to be called, working in their establishments that do not represent the high values of customer service and Christian values of this company at all. Lack of empathy and professionalism on the part of management. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have never experienced a situation like this before. I placed an order over your mobile app, and I was given one dressing packet for two salads no silverware included, also was missing my kids two juice boxes and sauces for their chicken nuggets on top of that I got rancid sweet tea. I called your store and spoke to Cameron about my issues, and she proceeded to blame my missing items on the DoorDash driver. When I explained to her that it was rude to blame their lack of detail to my order at their restaurants on the driver, she just replied back with well that’s our policy to take it up with the DoorDash customer support. When I told her that I was going to write a review about how she treats the DoorDash drivers and handles bad orders she said OK and chuckled. Definitely not happy about my experience. I order off of the Chick-fil-A mobile app to have it delivered to me by a Chick-fil-A person not a DoorDash driver if I wanted that I would order off of DoorDash! Fix this problem!
