Starbucks

Looks like facial Hairs in my coffee. That's truly a no no in my book. I would have not known if I did not go inside instead of drive thru. They have several employees with long beards not wearing masks for facial hair.

This was my first time at this starbucks. I ordered and after 20 mins. my drink had not been made. I had another appointment so I had to leave because of that I canceled my order. While I was canceling the manager started preparing my order. And then she saw that I was canceling my order and she throw out the drink instead of giving to me. Terrible service, unkind workers.

I went to this Starbucks (not my regular location) on March 14 at 3:00PM. I ordered my drink and waited and waited and waited. After more than 20 minutes (yes, I counted), my drink still was not made. I watched as they made mobile order after mobile order (meanwhile none of the mobile order customers were there to pick it up) instead of making drinks for their customers who are waiting. After my 20 minute wait, I had to leave as I was now late for an appointment. So I went back to the cashier and asked if I could cancel my order. Without an apology or anything, he began my refund. Then while he's doing my refund, the manager (blond short hair lady) said she is going to work on my drink next. I said, I already canceled my order. She just gave me a nasty look and didn't even apologize or offer to make it right. I think this is the worst customer service I experienced at a Starbucks. I already contacted corporate and will probably never go back to this location.

Drive thru service was awesome!Harry was so upbeat and on top of things and really made my visit to this location a good one.

Good coffee and sandwich. But it’s as cold as morgue inside. I came outside after sitting inside for a while, and 67degrees felt warm like beach weather. Makes it impossible to sit there for longer than 20 minutes which I guess was the whole idea. Made me feel unwelcome.

Slowest Starbucks we’ve ever been to. Waited for over 25 minutes in the drive-through. Maybe they should try and hire more help.
