Only reason for the 3 stars food was hot as I requested fries was warm worker are always happy.
Went this morning to get breakfast and the lady handing out the bags of food was highly disrespectful towards customers. My friend had asked for a spicy biscuit and the cashier misheard her and rang it up as a regular. No problem there, she simply went back after noticing she got a regular to see if they could switch it out for a spicy. The lady who was handing out the order then proceeded to blame my friend for what happened, stating that if wanted a spicy biscuit she should have said that. She proceeded to see my friend's name on the receipt and speak to her like a child. Also repeating, "We can't do that around here" in a loud tone after a separate employee was going to just switch it out. She then complained that the two were different prices so my friend offered to pay the difference or buy a whole new chicken biscuit if it was that big of a problem but the lady just dismissed those offers and continued to be rude. In the end, she just switched it out like the other nice employee was already going to do. Was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful over a $4 chicken biscuit...
Went to the ATL campus for the first time with one of my friends and came here for a food break. Far from expectation, they were absolutely quick with my order! Everything i asked for and everything was good! Definitely 5 star for all.
Clean and fresh hot food! Only thing is they don't have kids meals.
Rude service & always messing up people’s orders.
This chick fil a used to be great because the costumer service was great .. but recently , I’ve been dealing with bad attitudes .. I go to Ga state AND work .. so there’s no excuse to be rude to people.. a lot of us are just getting out of class and come straight to chick fil a so please spare us the attitude ..
