If Chick fila is requiring employees to wear masks, it should be required that they be worn properly. I mentioned politely to the server P… that her wearing the mask with your nose exposed is not proper protection. She didn't respond except by rolling her eyes, displaying an annoyed demeanor and ignored me. If I'm the driver, you are not 6 feet from me. The manager has a responsibility to protect the staff as well as the customers. We are still in this health crisis. I did mention the concerns to another employee, she received my concerns with understanding and compassion.
So I recently went to the Chick fil A located on Cascade Rd in Atlanta Ga. Was over charged for an item. So I reached out via their website to tell them about my experience and they could care less.I was emailed a generic pre generated message saying we appreciate you feed back and that was it.Was never offered a resolution not even a phone call or a personal email.Granted I know corporate is busy but it's been long enough for some one to a least follow up. I don't care if I spent 20$ or .20 cents they couldn't care one way or the other.Tje customer service sucked no one was willing to listen to me or even check my receipt.Have definitely lost my business even though it might not make a difference it's the principles.
Service was really bad and then it improved but now it's back to being bad again. They no longer give out receipts so you can't complain on their surveys to improve service and they forget items in orders consistently now. The lines are ALWAYS long and the new people they've hired are poorly trained.
worst service, should be ashamed to be a chick-fil-la
This Chick Fila on Cascade Rd in SW Atlanta is very different from others I've visited. The customer service is Great, the food is Great and they make you feel that they are glad you came to the restaurant
I asked for a regular chicken Cobb salad. I received a spicy chicken Cobb salad with very little cheese. A few sprinkles of cheese at best. Very disappointed!
