Great service

4/19/2024 Friday: The first time that I used the drive-thru. I got my usual "Fruity Fran" & "Dixie Chic." I wasn't pleased because one of my scoops of chicken salad tasted old. The "Fruity Fran" literally didn't have a fly's pouch. Please don't serve food that needs to be discarded to your drive-thru customers. The drive-thru cashier, he was very pleasant. Atmosphere is n/a because I drove-thru.

I frequent this store, because it’s really good “fast food!” I happened to have gotten a regular item that wasn’t enjoyable this visit. I can’t begin to praise Ms.Tara, the GM of the store enough for her professionalism and excellent customer skills for handling the situation! WELL DONE!

Ordered the pimento cheese and bacon sandwich. It was dreadful. Ice cold and bacon was little to none. In my opinion this shouldn't be offered on menu. It is a disaster.

The chicken salad here is honestly some of the best I have ever had and the staff was so amazingly kind as well!

I've always passed and wondered how it taste. Well finally I stopped and ordered Olivia's Old South Chicken Salad. When I arrived at the window to place an order for a scoop. I was told I had to order a scoop and a side or another scoop. So I ordered two scoops of the salad. I opened it up and ate it with the crackers. To my dismay it had absolutely no taste. I thought maybe I'm missing something. So I had someone else taste it. They too said it had no taste. I will not be visiting again. For $9.74, for two scoops only,l I would expect for it to have taste.

Wanted to try Chicken Salad Chick for some time and finally had the opportunity. It was close to closing so they were sold out of a lot of choices but had a chance to try the spicy, the lemon grass, and plain. All were delicious with the free crackers. Also got a piece of the white chocolate cake that was really good and really rich. Overall an awesome meal.
