I called to place an order, was told that they now only accept orders placed online. Other Chicken Kitchen locations take orders over the phone

I ordered Uber eats and it was just delivered. I asked for double chicken portion, no pita bread, and finely chopped chicken. None of those things were done and I still paid for the double chicken. It’s a bowl with 2 things in it…. How hard can this be ppl…. BFFR
