Food was a huge let down, but they have pretty good sauces.

I had higher expectations for the food. Despite the tasty sounding ingredients, there wasn't much flavor. The staff was great!

I have now been to this restaurant twice while visiting Nashville and I have not regretted it once. The first time I came was last July and I had chicken tenders, fries and a milkshake and it was really great to eat out on the patio. I just went this past weekend and I remember having a good experience so I went back. I was really happy to have the chicken tenders and fries again. I was disappointed that the shake machine was currently not working. The staff was really friendly and I would go back when in town again! I wish Louisville Kentucky had one!

Staff was very rude and you could tell they all hated their jobs. Food was pathetic and a true disappointment. Chicken nuggets from McDonald's are better than this.

I was actually kinda disappointed. The place was dirty. Service was slow. And the food was average. We went between lunch and dinner time, they we not that busy. I would hate to see the wait during a lunch rush.

Save some money and just go to Wendy’s. In short, this place is glorified fast food marketed with celebrity chef branding. First of all, the prices were a few dollars higher in the actual store than on the online menu. And when all is said and done, I payed $13.50 (+tax and tip) for basically a Wendy’s combo. Fries, drink, and an incredibly bland and unexciting chicken sandwich. The chicken tasted like it came out of a grocery store freezer section. Flat, barely seasoned strips of chicken with little to no flavor profile at all. Of course, the 22 sauce choices on the wall are supposed to be where the flavor’s at. I like my chicken spicy so I ordered “habanero hot sauce.” What a joke! Not even a warming sensation let alone anything I would remotely call “hot.” And very little flavor either. I was hoping the sauce could redeem the utter blandness of the chicken, but that was not the case. To be perfectly honest, I have had far better chicken sandwiches at Wendy’s, for less than half the price. I’ll say one positive thing: the seasoning on the fries was pretty good… too bad the portion was measly, filling about a third of the container they came in. Don’t waste your money on something that isn’t any better than your run of the mill fast food while charging more than twice for it. The celebrity chef schtick is pure gimmick. If you are marketing as a celebrity chef restaurant, the food should be at least marginally better than fast food. This wasn’t even as good.
