I’d say it’s a solid, solid neighborhood spot! The food has a home cooked feel, and the banchan is expansive. I think the value could be better, but I’d still go back if I was in the area and craving a break from nearby Chinese.
I order bibimbap with beef and honey fried chicken, I forgot to take a picture be Ayse too hungry. But the food is super good and I finish all although very full. Definitely a place to visit again.
Pleasantly surprised to have found an authentic Korean restaurant in the heart of Chinatown. Classic atmosphere and traditional, authentic dishes! It's spacious and the service was very helpful and friendly. Awesome lunch menu deals as well. Ordered Gamjatang, my favorite stew, which I havent seen many of in manhattan so I was happy! Would definitely return.
Cannot praise this place enough! Some of the best Korean food in the city. No frills but yummy food and kind, generous hospitality. The owners are so sweet and really work hard to give everyone a good experience. Definitely one of my favorite places
The food is delicious and their fried chicken is absolutely incredible, the staff is super attentive and the women who’s there was super welcoming and helpful. Will be coming back .
Good atmosphere, pricey, they give you a lot of food though.
I tried the spicy chicken with cheese combo meal with chicken soon tofu and it was delicious. They really live up to their name as the tofu soup was on point and both my friend and I left nothing behind in the bowl. The waiters were very friendly and even refilled our banchan dishes without asking. Overall I would definitely recommend Tofu Tofu.
