Is this restaurant ever open?

Updated post from years ago. Hubby gets a craving for the fries about once a year. So I go pick up the poison and am convinced this chain is trying to kill people. The salt content is off the chart. This is the last time.

Drive through order taker always rude off bat, give her pto or something so I can order my food in peace

First, I sympathize with the employee who was alone to take orders, make food, etc. I stopped at this location after first stopping at Wendys next door which had a long line. There was only 1 other car here. I waited over 5 minutes to order my #1 combo. I then waited over 10 minutes to get to the window and pay. Finally got my order and this was the worst fast food burger I think I have ever received. It was literally falling apart when unwrapped. No napkins, no fries, never again. I should have waited inine at Wendys.

Food is great. Poor staff or lack of is the issue. One person running around doing everything, she did great but was slow because of thr lack of staff. Hire more people
