Ordered ahead through app. Showed in to staff. For some reason they can’t pull up my order. Manager was super nasty once contacted by staff. Did not bother to help, asked to show pick up address he refused to see. To avoid holding the line up I went back around and tried to contact support, also receipt showing pick up address was correct. Manager refused to sevice me as sated if I wanted to order I would have to go to the other window to place a new order and Cancel. Worst service and treatment ever at a fast food . Lost a customer.
I ordered an eight piece chicken tenders with large fries and they gave me like 10 sauces buffalo tenders?!?!?!? For some reason?!?!? I’m so sad. Also, the fries they gave me aren’t even large. I’m pretty sure they’re medium! zero out of 10 I’m literally never coming back.
This checkers wasn't always the best, however, over the past couple years they have made such stellar improvements we can't stop going back. The food is great, far better than ever was, and the intercom to order is computerized now, which is so cool and there are no misunderstandings. Great job guys!
It's basically the bare minimum to be okay with going through the drive through at 1 am. No visible sanitation standards are followed but hey they didn't cough or sneeze by my food so that's something. No interaction other than saying the price and they keep you card until you get your food like 5 minutes later. The atmosphere is ghetto but fine. The food was room temperature and the wrong size. So stop by if it's 1 am and you have little to no standards. But other than that choose somewhere else
