Horrible service , probably the rudest staff I have ever encountered.

Terrible Checkers. Only thing good was the season fries.

In the dead of night, I used the app to place a mobile order, hoping for a quick meal. But as the minutes ticked by, 1:27 a.m. turned into 2:16 a.m., and my food was nowhere in sight. Every attempt to get the cashier's attention was met with dismissiveness, as if I were invisible. Despite arriving before others, I watched them served while I languished in neglect. When I finally managed to show my order number, I was met with hostility and excuses. The cook's laughter and the staff's nasty looks only added insult to injury. I wasn't trying to be difficult, just desperate. But even my basic order – a cheeseburger with chicken bites, medium fries, and a root beer – was botched. As anemic, I needed food urgently, but they seemed indifferent to my plight. It wasn't just bad service; it felt personal. Why me?

This was one of the worst experiences we had buying food at checkers We often come to this checkers store cause is close from our home and we love checkers food, but this evening we had experience a slow, not focus , wasting and a very nasty employee, especially the heavy set girl leaning at the conner of production counter After going thru the drive thru, I went back to the window, cause we thought we was missing something out of the order, I gave it to clerk on the walking window, he gave it to her and she made a mess with bag, got upset and threw the food back in the bag making a mess That is horrible when you just finish spending over $40 and she treats you this way without any reason at all If you are miserable working there at night, then you shouldn't had applied for the job, so then you can treat the customer thisway Checkers, look into your late evening staff, they definitely are not worth keeping

This Has to be the worst treatment I ever got from an establishment. I was told to wait at the window for five minutes few minutes go by two cars get served. Employees stand there talking 2/3 minutes go by I’m told the establishment is closed while I see multiple cars placing orders. Has to be the worst checkers in Broward.

Very unprofessional if you’re working for them ! . steal people hours and should be shut down ASAP!!! because they have rats & roches I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!!
