I haven't been here in years, and im glad that the food is still amazing

For a mid size Mexican food place its great. They make there own chips and salsa , and have a chip bar for all customers . Kid-friendliness: Very family safe atmosphere. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs , wide walkways.

Pretty basic. Meat was over cooked. Tortillas were good

Charlie’s is Such a gem in San Mateo ! The staff is so welcoming and the food is authentic and delicious . The neighborhood feel is so comforting ! Also Tacos and chips are gluten free Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free Options

Ese burrito inguiesu..... Buenísimo, salsa bar genial. Recomiendo

Ok, maybe not a 5 star restaurant, but the best places to eat are always the small ones that are "muy auténtico". Charlie's Tacos always serves a burrito filled with robust and varied flavors and textures. The only fault may be they're too big to consume at a single sitting. A big plus is serving the best (and only, to my taste) habanero salsa, El Yucateco Green.
