Best fried chicken i've had in NYC. Friendly greeting Everytime i walk in. Delicious. People ordering ahead of me always seems confused about how to order though. Mind changers etc .... But a terrific place. My go to once a month for succulent chicken. New location on West 72 st too!!!

Stopped in kinda late they were just about to close up And although they didn't have a any bbq chicken left I ordered to go the pulled pork plate with Mac& cheese and yams for the sides an added on collard greens And corn bread. Everything was delicious and the portions they gave left enough for lunch the next day. Wheelchair accessibility: The location of the restaurant is on a decent grade incline of a hill. But the store is handicap accessible.

Order the family fried chicken meal with 3 sides through Uber eats app. Received order the sides were missing. Called restaurant number provided on Uber eats , the number provided connects to a different location , the young lady who answered was polite , when she placed me on hold to connect me to the manager I was left on hold for almost 10 minutes then call was disconnected. Finally found the number to thr W 145th location . When I called Young man answers and I explain the situation, he instructed me to contact Uber and they'll send another driver ..(Uber doesn't work like that) I explained that to the young man , he advises he'll get the manager ..again placed on hold till the call disconnects.. Called back got no answer ..overall ended up getting a credit from Uber eats.. the chicken and cornbread was very good.. my family and I were looking forward to the other sides... ended up getting sides from Melbas.. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS FOR THE W145TH ST LOCATION..

Very good home style fried chicken. Not over salted. Classic soulful sides. Ya gotta have some of this chicken when in Harlem. Enjoy!

Ordered pickup as i was going to take a car from Harlem to southernn brookltn bevause i had allot of my painting gear and 50 cans of spray paint. So in order for a smoothly timed Uber arrangement thsf I didn't hail until I was alerted my order was complete at 5pm. Get all my gear loaded up and we are off to pick up food. Inhadnt mentioned. I has not eaten anything yet this day. OK keep it together. Be patient matt6. I was told they will be working on it right away. Strange inthoughf.' It'd been an hour and you told me it was ready ealier' to myself. What I didn't factor in wa the Uber driver marching in and being super possed off. That got the front of house guys rush to finalize my order. They even offered him something to eat to make uo for the delay.

Everything was fresh !! Hot and delicious!!! Can’t even lie the food is bomb
