Charles Pan-Fried Chicken

It s fried chicken to go so hard to evaluate the atmosphere but the chicken was good !

The staff was wonderfully sweet and the food was ready lightning quick. Charles, the chef and owner, was there, which says he cares about the quality at all of his locations, and that made me happy about choosing this restaurant. The chicken wings, thighs, and legs were crispy, the meat fell off the bones. The cole slaw was great too, crunchy and with a lot of flavor. The yams were so well spiced I had to just sit there for a minute and enjoy the smell, and they were delicious too when I finally dug in. We didn’t order cornbread but it came with, and we were happy to have it! Great value too— about $12 per person. Will definitely be back.

Pretty disappointing. The thigh I got was pretty stale and was obviously sitting out for a while. The okra was really sweet?? The yams were okay but overall the food was largely unimpressive. The two legs I got were good and fresh but the negatives detracted overwhelmingly.
