Unfortunately, communicating with this business left me feeling frustrated and exasperated due to a lack of patience and an overall condescending tone in their emails. They canceled my order after saying they could make it because I asked if *it was possible* for them to change 1 design of a cookie to another design that I thought could be similar. (Literally: a dog's face instead of a flamingo.) Personally, as a potential customer, I expect to be able to clarify any statements that are unclear to me without feeling judged, or reminded that "they've said that already" when in fact, the statement was not clear in the first place. I find planning events stressful enough without communicating with vendors that make you feel like they're doing you a favor just by responding back to you. If you want to feel partnered with as you figure out what design would work best for you and the bakery, I wouldn't recommend them.
I love “cake in a can”. The best cake ever. And I sent, as presents to a large number of people and everyone was thrilled. Amazing customer service.
CBK has had a storefront for a while, but they're now open for retail sales. When I went in, they had small bags of decorated cookies, and mini cupcakes for sale. The cookies are in the style of Eleni's cookies - shortbread (or just butter?), and decorated with frosting. Not cheap by any means, but WOW are they good. Worth the price, and when you see the price, trust me - they are worth that price. Buy a few, or buy a bunch, you won't be disappointed. I have to go back now and try the mini cupcakes!
