I enjoy CAVA and have visited several locations. Lately, I have visited the El Segundo location weekly because of its convenience and proximity. I had the most disturbing experience today with the managers, Alondra, Kevin, and another employee, Summer. My visit was on a Sunday evening when traffic was not busy, and I was surprised by the rudeness of the managers and staff. When I addressed the service with a manager, I was dismissed and told if I didn’t like it, then I could write a Google complaint. Excuse me? How does writing a Google review address my needs at this moment? I don’t know if the poor customer service represents the company or the individual, but to experience rude & condescending service by several employees in one visit is disturbing. With that, I will give CAVA a rest. My body is my temple, and I could not enjoy my food after this encounter. I will not allow this to happen again.
