Susie Cakes saved us when another bakery canceled my son’s birthday cake order the day before his party. I called Susie Cakes and they were so reassuring, saying they could provide us the cakes we needed with no issue. I ordered them online (very easy process) and picked them up in time for the party. The girl we spoke with over the phone was so kind and informative, and the staff in the bakery were great as well. Not to mention the cakes were delicious and many of our guests went back for seconds! The whole experience was a blessing in disguise because we now found our go-to bakery for all birthdays moving forward. Thank you, Susie Cakes for being so helpful!

I used to like Susie cakes, until they got too full of themselves charging $70 for a round cake. $5 each on cupcakes is GOUGING! THE SNOOTY employees act like if you cannot afford it, who cares? The cakes are plain and boring. If you even thought there may be a layer of fresh fruit, forget it! That would cost $100. They do not even have prices on their cakes. That would scare anyone. Isn't that against the law?! Just across Rosecrans to the North, are way better PURE cakes, for $38. Same size, WITH FRUIT! Sorry, delicious and value trump gouging. No, I do not work, nor represent Whole Foods; they just have WAY better PURE cakes, even slices, for a fair and reasonable price. Step aside Susie Cakes, and get with the program. Your gouging days are over.

I just want to say thank you Aaliyah I came in smelling the lovely bakery fragrance and I got hypnotized. Thinking maybe I can get just a little squeeze fresh vanilla frosting. Aaliyah made sure that I got the cupcake of my choosing so you know I went with a vanilla
