Solid place for a pint. Great beer selection, good seltzer selection. They had TV’s that played a mix of the days top sporting event and reruns of Seinfeld and Friends. Food was good, the pizza was really crispy and cheesy. Had a slight burnt taste to it. The chicken cutlet sandwich was delicious, the bread was soft and buttery. Wings were delicious. Parking is limited, take the T it’s only a few minutes from the Broadway stop on the red line.
Great beers, excellent food and, above all, fantastic staff! They truly went above and beyond to save some accidentally discarded orthodontic trays. We will be returning here as much as possible!
Came to Castle Island in South Boston with a group of 8 on a Friday night. I was told that I needed to pay a $50 booking fee to secure the table...fine. Turns out, this $50 is non-refundable and cannot be used towards your tab??? So I paid FIFTY DOLLARS just to make a reservation. For 8 people. I have never heard of this in my life! Not to mention, the "reservation" was completely unnecessary since the venue was half empty for the entire time we were there. I feel completely scammed and will never go back here again.
Closed at 8pm on a Saturday…..
A must stop! The staff is super friendly. The beer and food is super good! I can’t recommend the shrimp garlic pizza enough! What an awesome time!
Staff was courteous and knowledgeable, combination of beer and great pizza was just what the day needed.
When Big Data pays for my opinion I will give it.
Generally fun, colorful, and relatively new location for the brewery. Beer styles tended toward the mainstream but were still well made. Must be a lot of fun when it's warmer, or before the on-site pizza shop closes for the evening. Liked it, and that it helps fill in this side of town.
Great service, great beer, great pizza !
