Carrabba's Italian Grill

Love the shrimp and scallop dish. Take out is easy. One time, there was a minor mistake (human moment) with a side salad, but the manager went above and beyond, making it right- making it a full-size salad and threw in a delicious dessert. We'll continue to come back. Vegetarian options: Eggplant parm is an option. More pescatarian options, though. Hoping more restaurants will start to offer more vegetarian/ vegan options.

Always a long wait for their own delivery orders.

The service here is terrible, we waited 45 minutes to get drinks after ordering, asked 4 different times for it and it never came. Asked for refills for the other drinks still nothing. Asked for dressing on the side for my salad and they put it on it. All the food is cold. Terrible Terrible terrible and to top it off... after we complained they offered to heat it up... what are you going to do, throw it in the microwave. No thanks

The problem is more me than carrabbas. The food I got was made to perfection but there was nothing that really stood out to me on the menu I kinda just ordered the standard Alfredo because that's rarely bad. If you love carrabbas you'll love this location. Great staff no wait and fast service.

I’m a fellow Mico who works for Carrabba’s in Jacksonville on hotside. I was on a road trip and decided to stop in this location for dinner. I had a wonderful experience. Everything from the host being super friendly, our server was amazing and the food was fantastic. I had the house salad (my favorite), calamari and chicken parm. While it certainly was nice to enjoy a Carrabba’s meal as a guest, it was awesome to see that the high quality service and food were all strive for did not miss a beat. Grazie for a wonderful evening out. I’ll be visiting again soon.
