Excellent server and food was great!
The Carrabba’s Italian Grill had a lovely ambiance, and the service was exceptional, but my Toscana pasta was overly sauced, making it too salty, and the filet was tough to chew, while the shrimp were overcooked. Although I enjoyed the dining experience, the food fell short for me.
Generally consistent across the franchise. This is a nice new version.
Always consistent and good whenever you go around the country... the angle hair pasta was a bit overcooked tonight, but that happens to the best of us...
Arrived at 4:55, asked to be seated in the bar area, left at 5:20 after no waiter/bar waitress interaction. No " I will be with you in a moment" or " give me second and I will be right over" responses. Nada, zero, zelch. And we frequently visit this establishment for the food and service. Spoke with the manager (Carl) about this inadequate customer service situation and he was super nice and understanding. Offered to "make it right" but I denied his hospitality. It's not his fault to cover for inadequate employees. Totally disappointed with their lack of customer service. Ended up going to the Outback next store and had a great meal along with awesome customer service. Hopefully next time we visit Carrabba's, this doesn't happen again.
I loved the Valentine's Day menu, thank you very much ♡
Carrabba's is a restaurant success story for a reason: they've perfected their method over three decades. While they may not be perfect, they rarely fail to be satisfying from appetizer to dessert. It's truly a menu with something for nearly everyone. Even a simple steak here is satisfying. The only thing I can caution about is that there are sauces that may not be as bold as you might prefer, so be certain to quiz your server for the advice you need to make an informed choice. They've tasted everything in the menu. As Italian food in America goes, Carrabba's is among the safest bets.
Went for dinner tonight, Saturday. Ordered my favorite the Lobster Ravioli. It came out cold, not even warm but cold. When my husband alerted the waitress she said, “Oh they mentioned something about it being cold before they brought it out.” Then why bring it out. The man at the table next to us had to send his meal back twice because it was cold. Not sure what is going on with the kitchen but it will be a while before we go back.
