Brent is what you call the definition of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Brent was wonderful! Very knowledgeable of the menu and made great suggestions and additions to my meal. 10/10 for sure Dietary restrictions: They will let you know if you have anything that you need to be aware of

Update 3/16/24: I don't know what happened from the many times I have been here before but I was highly disappointed with Carrabba's tonight. Our server was friendly and attentive to us at first. But after we got our drinks and appetizers, he took our main meal order and that was the last we saw of him until it was time to leave. Another server brought out our entrees but not the soup and salad. I had to ask for them. It took a few minutes and we had to start eating our entees before they got cold. When our soup and salad arrived, the salad was not what my wife had ordered and my soup was lukewarm at best. I let the new server know that the soup was not hot enough. He seemed surprised by that and took it back to the kitchen, presumably to heat it up. My wife just decided that she didn't want to wait for another salad and just ate the one they brought her. By the time he had brought brought it back, I had already finished my entee and really didn't want to eat soup after finishing my main meal. We waited a few more minutes before the original server finally came to see if we needed anything else. I let him know that he had not been very attentive to us and that the food was subpar. He apologized and offered dessert as a comp, but we were so fed up with the poor service and subpar food that we had no desire to stay any longer and declined the offer. Carrabba's needs to take their food safety seriously. Lukewarm soup suggests that food is not being kept hot enough to avoid contamination. I think a health department visit is warranted.

Food and service was great

It was a great experience. Our waitress was quick to get our drinks and appetizers orders taken, and was quick to bring the drinks and free bread they offer. After the food was served they made sure everything was to our liking and fixed anything that was wrong or missing. Overall amazing experience and good service, Thank you Madison.

Our server Perez was awesome

My good friend and I came to have dinner and catch up after work. The atmosphere was immediately set by Perez, our waiter extraordinaire. He was knowledgeable about the menu, very personable, and attentive. Our food was delicious and came at perfect timing peppered in with great service and accommodation by Perez. We love Carrabba’s and can’t wait to visit again….hopefully with Perez as well!!
