Update: I'm done with this horrid place. Again I order in the app and I get there to find the app cancelled. What a horrible business. DONT GO TO ANY Carl's JR ever! Update. Their app is pure trash. Avoid this company like the plague they are. The service here is bad with a side of terrible. They obviously could care less whether they get your order right or how long it takes. This is not fast food it's order and wait out front. Then drive home and get frustrated at how much was made wrong.

Service was excellent when I went inside to purchase lunch on my way to an appointment in SJC. The guy at the counter greeted me and was very helpful working through a special order.

If you download the app right now you get free full-sized food rewards! Otherwise, it's hard to justify a Carl's Jr hamburger for $10 when they were just under $5.

Western Bacon Cheeseburgers are great on road trips.

Date: 2/26/2024 Time of day - Afternoon Order - Double Sourdough Star Cheeseburger Combo Menu price - $13.99 Receipt price - $13.99 Tax - $1.08 Paid $15.07 Good service from the cashier Wait time - less than 3 minutes The burgers were made to order and it was absolutely delicious. 2 beef patties with cheese on sourdough buns. To include lettuce, tomato and bacon. It also comes with grilled onions but I passed. Good presentation. It was well wrapped. French fries were fresh. Hot and nicely salted. Ketchup packets are easy available next to the sugar packets and coffee lids. Dining room was nice and quiet. Restaurant was clean. Restrooms were clean. Parking lot clean. Plenty of parking. Across from an In-N-Out and next to a Target shopping center with a Chick-Fil-A. There’s a Del Taco and a McDonald’s on the other side. Next to the 5 freeway. Will definitely come back #youruberdriveronbreak
