Chick-fil-A

Very low quality of service. Did not expect this from a Chic Fil A. Second time coming here and the staff is unprofessional including management. Don’t recommend people to come here because you won’t be help the right way.

Food was terrible but not as terrible as the service I received. Location is not clean at all. The table I sat at was sticky and still dirty had to search around until I finally decided to clean the table my self. Once I receive my food the fries were not even full seemed as if someone ate half of them or someone dropped them and still decided to give them to me. When I complained they didn’t do nothing about it.

If I could leave a lower review I would but it is upsetting that they chose to give bad service after they messed up my order. Had ordered three deluxe meals and they got them wrong. And then didn’t remake my order after I had told them that they got it wrong…..so disappointed.

Specialty drink was OK, but significantly over priced.

I like their waffle fries and crunchy Ksle Salad. However, their service is awful. Lately, they have messed up my orders, I am either missing items or they give me the wrong food, and I like to order the grilled nuggets because I am gluten intolerant. Unfortunately, when I oder to take out, I don't check my food until I get home, and a few times, they have given me the regular nuggets that I have to throw away.

Chick fil A is king but DO NOT GO DURING THE BREAKFAST/LUNCH TRANSITION been waiting in this 5 car line for like 20min, the car up front must have ordered for all off south county. This is the only time in my life I have ever wished to be driving a monster truck or some sort of flying car so I could burn this $20 and let someone else eat these ice cold chick mini’s while I get on with my life. The entire weather pattern has now changed as we barrel into minute 30… if any one of my kids pee’s in my car I plan to politely ask the manager to come out and clean the car (which will take him or her less time than it has taken for my gas guzzling vehicle to crawl along this drive through path destroying the earth’s air while we wait for those ice cold minis).

Food is always good and comes out relatively quick, but the new owner is off to a bad start. I use the app for orders when going to all Chick fil a's, and ever since this new owner took over, my points don't go up or go up marginally vs before (old owner) or other Chick fil a locations. Promos and deals are also now non-existent, and pricing has gone up as well. I also never have these issues at El Polo Loco, McDonald's, Taco Bell, etc. I liked the location as it was close to work, but I will be avoiding this place for the foreasable future. They lost my business.

worst company i have every worked with. to this day i still have no access to my pay stubs or any actual banking information after 3 months of being employed… yes i have sent emails and no one responded until you email again
